Top hotel group requires a Regional Sales Manager for maternity cover in four of their 4 star Berkshire hotels. As a sales and customer focused individual, you will proactively research, develop and convert new corporate and agency business for the hotels. Local knowledge of the Berkshire hotel market would be advantageous. You will proactively identify sales opportunities and leads from existing and new customers. This is a field sales orientated role, so on the road travel is required to bring potential clients into the hotels and generate revenue. Previous hotel sales experience is essential, therefore this role would suit an existing sales manager who is capable of field sales and who is looking for a new challenge. Benefits include a car, laptop and mobile and a 20% permformane and revenue related bonus. Motivation, organisational skills and high standards of sales ability are required for this excellent opportunity. This will be a 6-12 month position with the possibility of going permanent.
